     Full Day Rental - Entire Building (8 am – 10 pm)
     ½ Day Rental - (8 am – 3 pm or 3 - 10 pm)

Large Room & Kitchen
     Full Day Rental - (8 am – 10 pm) 
     ½ Day Rental - (8 am – 3 pm or 3 - 10 pm)  

Conference Room & Kitchen
     Full Day Rental - (8 am – 10 pm)
     ½ Day Rental - (8 am – 3 pm or 3 - 10 pm)

Commercial Building
     (Available only May 1 – September 30) 
     No Heat, No Air Conditioning

Livestock Pavilion
     (includes arena and barn area)
       No Heat, No Air Conditioning

Livestock Barn
     (animal pens only)

Outside Grounds (other than parking)
       Depending on size of area.

All areas to be rented have a set damage deposit, based on the area you are renting. Damage Deposits are returned as long as the building is put back in order and in good condition.
